Is Your Firm Investing in This Skill?

The Competitive Edge That Attorneys

Are NOT Taught in Law School

Reader,

Law school trained you to analyze, argue, and write.

But it didn't train you to read a juror’s body language, decode what a client is not saying, or stay verbally sharp when a judge changes direction mid-hearing.

This spring, we’re offering one of our 8-hour Attorney Training Workshops designed specifically for practicing lawyers and legal staff. Across four live 2-hour sessions, you’ll earn CLE credit (CLE ID #130095) while building advanced communication skills you can use the very next day.

We only offer these trainings twice a year and space is limited to just 10 participants, so register early. Sessions begin April 2nd and run weekly.

During our time together, we'll learn and practice how to:

  • Listen past the “legal story” to find the deeper message.
  • Read facial expressions, tone, and body language in real time.
  • Think quickly and strategically on your feet under pressure.
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and presence.
  • Collaborate more effectively with clients, colleagues, and staff.

These are the same unscripted and improvisation-based tools used inside top-tier firms and Fortune 100 companies, but OUR workshop is built for attorneys, by legal-focused trainers.

➤ Reserve your seat for the upcoming cohort, right here in Portland.

Space is limited to just 10 participants to keep the work highly interactive, so early registration is recommended.

Seeking Training on YOUR Schedule?

Prefer something tailored to your calendar and caseload? We also offer private, customized communication training for individual attorneys, practice groups, and full firms.

In these sessions, you’ll work directly with our founder, David Koff, to:

  • Clarify your specific communication goals (courtroom, clients, teams).
  • Identify your current patterns and help get you out of your own way.
  • Build new, practical habits for clearer, more compelling verbal and nonverbal communication.

Private programs can be scheduled around your docket and availability and are designed to produce noticeable shifts in how you show up with judges, juries, clients, and colleagues.

If you’d like to explore a tailored training plan for you or your firm, share your needs here and we’ll follow up with options.
